Network Now International 🌏 Roast my Idea and meet Korean Startups

Meet high potential international startups from Korea, the Greater Region and Saarland at the 6th Network Now event.

Together with the Network Now team, we cordially invite you to Halle 4 (Halbergstr.4, 66121 Saarbrücken) on Tuesday, 21st November 2023.

Expect an informative and exciting evening, where you have the opportunity to expand your (international) network in a relaxed atmosphere and engage in inspiring conversations.

Meet Korean Startups in person!
In 2023, gwSaar and KIST Europe (Korean Institute of Science and Technology) established InSaar, an EU hub especially for Korean startups. The IBK (Industrial Bank of Korea) is one of the first to use InSaar as a stepping stone for Korean startups financed under its IBK Changgong programme. Currently, Korean startups are working in boot camps in Saarland and Korea to prepare for their entry into the EU market.

During this event you will have the opportunity to meet the Korean high potential young companies in person.

This time on the agenda: “Roast my Idea”: You can test your pitching skills in a casual atmosphere and have the chance to win great prizes.

Each participant / team has one minute to pitch in front of the audience. In addition to ‘Roast my Idea,’ there will be an experienced jury, including representatives from AWSI. They will provide not only constructive feedback but also select a winner. So, no need to be apprehensive – it’s more about learning from each other than roasting.

Participation in the competition is voluntary, and registering for the event does not obligate you to pitch. If you prefer to attend as an observer and for networking, that’s absolutely fine!
