The fields of action of a family-conscious HR policy range from flexible working time regulations, consideration for employees with children or relatives in need of care to offers for re-entry after parental leave and company-supported childcare.

The service centre “Working and Living in Saarland” is supported by the Saarland state government, the chambers and the European Social Fund in Saarland. It has been set up at saaris and is available free of charge to all companies based in Saarland.
