Die speziellen Fettmolek\u00fcle stehen in enger Verbindung mit der Alzheimer-Erkrankung. Die Ergebnisse zeigen sowohl potenziell sch\u00fctzende als auch unerw\u00fcnschte Effekte von Ibuprofen auf die Hirnchemie und k\u00f6nnten neue Ans\u00e4tze f\u00fcr Therapie und Pr\u00e4vention er\u00f6ffnen.<\/p><p>\u201eUnsere Ergebnisse offenbaren hier eine zweischneidige Wirkung von Ibuprofen\u201c, fasst Prof. Dr. habil. Marcus Grimm zusammen. \u201eEinerseits k\u00f6nnten bestimmte durch Ibuprofen hervorgerufene Ver\u00e4nderungen an den Hirnfetten sch\u00fctzend sein. Andererseits sehen wir auch Ver\u00e4nderungen, die eher als kontraproduktiv einzustufen sind, weil sie Prozesse beg\u00fcnstigen k\u00f6nnten, die mit Alzheimer in Verbindung
