Beide Unternehmen erg\u00e4nzen sich optimal in ihrer regionalen Pr\u00e4senz, ihren Vertriebsstrategien und hinsichtlich ihres Produkt- und Markenportfolios &#8211; das bildet die Basis f\u00fcr eine st\u00e4rkere Wettbewerbsposition und zus\u00e4tzliches Wachstum. In einer Branche mit weltweitem Wachstumspotential wird das integrierte Unternehmen, nach Vollzug der Transaktion, zu den umsatzst\u00e4rksten Badprodukteherstellern Europas aufschlie\u00dfen. Verk\u00e4ufer der Ideal-Standard-Anteile sind von der Anchorage Capital Group und von CVC Credit verwalteten Gesellschaften. Der Kaufpreis beruht auf einer Unternehmensbewertung von rund 600 Millionen Euro.<\/p><p>Der Umsatz von Villeroy &amp; Boch im Bereich Bad &amp; Wellness verdoppelt sich durch den Zusammenschluss auf 1,4 Milliarden Euro.
