Le programme INQA-Coaching vise ainsi \u00e0 soutenir les PME sur leur chemin vers un avenir plus num\u00e9rique. Les PME peuvent d\u00e8s lors \u00e9laborer des processus r\u00e9pondant aux besoins des collaborateurs et collaboratrices, tout en \u00e9tant tourn\u00e9s vers l\u2019avenir pour relever le d\u00e9fi du passage vers le num\u00e9rique. Des coachs INQA sp\u00e9cialement form\u00e9s et certifi\u00e9s vous y assistent.<\/p><p>Le programme vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des processus d\u2019apprentissage et de d\u00e9veloppement afin d\u2019innover tout au long de la transition num\u00e9rique. Les programmes de conseil existants de l\u2019univers unternehmensWert:Mensch ont donc \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9\u00e9dit\u00e9s et d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, toujours en fonction des faits pratiques. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019aider les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser durablement et de mani\u00e8re participative les besoins de changement en mati\u00e8re de politique du personnel et d\u2019organisation du travail gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une approche agile, et de les pr\u00e9parer ainsi \u00e0 la transition num\u00e9rique.<\/p><p>Pour ce faire, les PME peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un premier conseil INQA dans un centre de conseil r\u00e9gional INQA afin de mieux comprendre les conditions d\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9 et le besoin concret de soutien de l\u2019entreprise et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, de recevoir un ch\u00e8que de coaching INQA. Un coaching INQA devient alors pertinent et aide \u00e0 trouver des solutions adapt\u00e9es aux besoins concrets des entreprises en mati\u00e8re de politique du personnel et d\u2019organisation du travail dans le cadre de la transition num\u00e9rique. Le coaching s\u2019appuie sur une m\u00e9thode agile qui permet \u00e0 la direction et aux collaborateurs et collaboratrices d\u2019apprendre et de se d\u00e9velopper ensemble. Toutes les entreprises de moins de 250 salari\u00e9s peuvent y participer. Selon les besoins, l\u2019IBS peut d\u00e9livrer un ch\u00e8que-conseil pour le conseil en mati\u00e8re de processus ou rediriger vers une autre offre r\u00e9gionale. Il s\u2019effectue directement sur place aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019entreprise par des conseillers en mati\u00e8re de processus autoris\u00e9s pour le programme et avec la participation de la repr\u00e9sentation des int\u00e9r\u00eats de l\u2019entreprise (si elle existe) ainsi que des collaborateurs et collaboratrices. Il comprend l\u2019analyse des forces et des faiblesses de l\u2019entreprise ainsi que le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019objectifs d\u2019action et de mesures qui sont ensuite consign\u00e9s dans un plan d\u2019action d\u2019entreprise contraignant.
