In kleineren Werkst\u00e4tten wird eine solche Pr\u00fcfung zumeist h\u00e4ndisch durchgef\u00fchrt. Eine Speicherung und damit eine m\u00f6gliche Nachverfolgbarkeit der Pr\u00fcfergebnisse ist dabei durch die Fl\u00fcchtigkeit der Daten bisher nicht gegeben. Das PASAWIS-Pr\u00fcfsystem steht nun f\u00fcr Radsatzpr\u00fcfung der n\u00e4chsten Generation.<\/p><p>PASAWIS (Phased Array Semi-Automated Wheelset Inspection System) erm\u00f6glicht mittels dreier Handscanner eine vollst\u00e4ndige Radsatzpr\u00fcfung an Welle, Spurkranz und Lauffl\u00e4che auf Basis definierter Pr\u00fcfprogramme. Das mobile System ist in der Produktion einsetzbar, von einer Person zu bedienen und besteht aus einer Ultraschalleinheit (Phased Array) mit ma\u00dfgeschneiderter Software. Dabei erf\u00fcllt das System die Anforderungen der VPI European Rail Service GmbH (VERS) gem\u00e4\u00df VPI-EMG 09 zur Instandhaltung von G\u00fcterwagen mittels zerst\u00f6rungsfreier Pr\u00fcfung.<\/p><p>Mit PASAWIS ist erstmals eine vollst\u00e4ndige Speicherung der Pr\u00fcfdaten mittels Handpr\u00fcfung m\u00f6glich und somit eine langfristige R\u00fcckverfolg- und
