Sie bestehen aus Metallnanopartikeln, die mit leitf\u00e4higen Polymeren beschichtet sind, und Wasser oder anderen polaren L\u00f6semitteln. Die Tinten eignen sich zum Drucken von leitf\u00e4higen Strukturen beispielsweise auf d\u00fcnnen Polymerfolien oder Papier. Eine anschlie\u00dfende thermische oder UV-Behandlung entf\u00e4llt, w\u00e4hrend Standard-Metalltinten ein Sintern nach dem Inkjetdruck erfordern, um leitf\u00e4hig zu werden. Die Entwickler stellen ihre Hybridtinten vom 30.05.-02.06.2022 auf der diesj\u00e4hrigen Hannover Messe am Stand B28 in Halle 2 vor.<br><\/p>\n<p>Leitf\u00e4hige Tinten werden h\u00e4ufig in der gedruckten Elektronik eingesetzt. Die vom INM vorgestellten Tinten eignen sich unter anderem f\u00fcr flexible Photovoltaik, Beleuchtung, Touchscreen-Elektronik, tragbare Ger\u00e4te, Gro\u00dffl\u00e4chenheizungen, Sensoren und 3D-Konformantennen. Die Tinten basieren auf Goldnanopartikeln mit guter Biokompatibilit\u00e4t und geringer Toxizit\u00e4t, sodass sie auch f\u00fcr biomedizinische Anwendungen geeignet sind.\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sofortige Leitf\u00e4higkeit beim Trocknen, mechanische Flexibilit\u00e4t und gute Biokompatibilit\u00e4t sind wichtige Eigenschaften unserer Tinte&#8221;, erkl\u00e4rt der INM-Materialwissenschaftler Tobias Kraus. &#8220;Die Hybridtinten enthalten einen kleinen organischen Polymeranteil, der dazu beitr\u00e4gt, die elektrische Leitf\u00e4higkeit aufrechtzuerhalten, auch wenn das Tr\u00e4germaterial gebogen ist&#8221;, so Kraus weiter. Dies erm\u00f6glicht das Bedrucken nahezu aller Substrate wie Folien, Papiere oder Textilien, da die letzten Sinterschritte bei relativ hohen Temperaturen vermieden werden.<\/p>\n<p>Der Forschungsgruppe \u201eStrukturbildung\u201c am INM ist es gelungen, die Produktion dieser Hybridtinten zu skalieren, sodass nun die Kleinserienproduktion m\u00f6glich ist. &#8220;Die Skalierung von nanostrukturierten Produkten erfordert optimierte Prozesse, um die Qualit\u00e4t bei gleichzeitig niedrigeren Preisen zu erhalten&#8221;, sagt Kraus. Muster des Materials k\u00f6nnen angefragt werden.<\/p>\n<h3><b style=\"font-family: Flexo;color: var(--text)\">Hintergrund<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Neue Materialien sind die Triebfedern f\u00fcr neue Technologien. Das INM mit Sitz in Saarbr\u00fccken vereint multidisziplin\u00e4re Wissenschaft und materialorientierten Technologietransfer unter einem Dach. Chemie, Physik, Biologie, Materialwissenschaft und Engineering wirken in enger Kooperation zusammen. Ein wesentlicher Fokus der Forschungsarbeit des INM ist die \u00dcbertragung von biologischen Prinzipien auf das Design neuer Materialien, Strukturen und Oberfl\u00e4chen. Das INM ist ein Institut der Leibniz-Gemeinschaft.
